What sizes do you stock?

We stock sizes 8-16. Measurements are based on standard Irish/UK sizing. Our size guide will give you more of an idea of the measurements we use. These measurements are based on a body fit, so the actual measurements of each style will vary depending on the cut of the particular design.

A drop down menu under each product allows you to choose the size you require. If you have any problems accessing this, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Where does Ivory deliver to?

Our web shop is set up to deliver automatically to anywhere in Europe. However, if you are elsewhere please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. For delivery costs and times please click here. There is also an option to collect from us in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. To do this, simply choose the 'Collection' option from the drop down menu at checkout.

What happens once I place my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon - Sat) of receipt. You will receive an email to inform you when your order has been viewed, and again when your order has been dispatched. Parcels are sent using the regular postal service and usually take between 2-5 working days to arrive, depending on where you are in Europe. Where are you physically based?

We are based in Dublin, Ireland, with an additional office in London, UK. All deliveries originate in Dublin. 

What is your returns policy?

We promise to either exchange or refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Can I send my purchase to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. There is a separate entry field at check out if the postal address is different to the billing address.

Can I send an Ivory piece as a gift?

Yes. There is an option at check out to have your purchase wrapped and a gift card included with a personal, handwritten message. (A small charge of €2.50 is made for this option).

How do I pay for my purchase?

You can pay with your credit or debit card through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account or be registered with Paypal, in order to use this facility.

Do I need to register and have an account with Ivory in order to purchase?

No. We do however have to gather basic details from you at checkout in order to process your order efficiently. We respect your privacy. For our privacy policy, please click here.
